Youll be managing the delivery of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, working closely with clients and stakeholders to align solutions with their business needs.Your responsibilities will include:Estimating and designing bespoke mechanical solutionsProcuring materials and labour efficientlyOverseeing subcontractor performanceConducting site visits and inspections to ensure qualityLeading project meetings with clients and stakeholdersWhat youll need:At least 5 years of experience in mechanical building services project managementStrong understanding of HVAC systems and project deliveryExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and lead teamsAbout the company:A medium-sized M&E contractor with 25M turnover, specialising in rail, water, automotive and industrial sectors.
