Job DescriptionPlant ManagerHere at Isover (part of Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions), were looking for a Plant Manager.You will be someone used to leading a plant team and will be tasked with engaging them in identifying an ongoing two-to-three-year plan and its delivery year-on-year, ensuring the Plant maintains the required capabilities so that customer requirements are surpassed.Youll make sure that the above will be delivered with safety at the forefront of everything, respecting our people and our products. You will also ensure that an interdependent culture is being developed, with appropriate levels ofsuccession planning embedded to ensure knowledge and know-how can be sustained.We see this role as an opportunity for someone to come in and achieve capacity growth through process improvements; if youre technically minded and/or have an engineering background, this would be advantageous.What were looking for: Evidence and knowledge of promoting and maintaining a culture where safety is the number one priorityExperience in a continuously improving manufacturing environment with proven track record of delivering results, as well and process improvementsDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and develop peopleStrong communication skills with an ability to interact and engage at all levels of the businessFinancial Awareness and ability to develop and manage budgetsAbility to assimilate data and make clear, sound decisionsThe ability to react, adapt and look for solutionsWhat youll be responsible for:Safety KPIs and delivering a Zero Harm CultureDevelop a site vision to deliver business needs over a 3 year horizonProduction KPIs being met along with a demonstrable plan for continuous improvementControl of budgets & financial spendCreation of a capable team through recruitment, coaching and ensuring that training & development needs are being metWCM programme and project milestones being met in support of the sites contribution to the business needsSupporting the development of Pillars in delivery of business and customer needsEngaging those around you through motivating communication, the setting of high standards and developing a Trusting, Empowering and Collaborating cultureSupporting our purpose of making the world a better home and specifically contribute to our target of zero carbon by 2050Are Isover and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?Saint-Gobain is the worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction improving daily life through high-performance solutions.
