Job Description Electrical Maintenance Engineer DaysLocation: Runcorn Hours: 8:30am 4:30pm (Days Only)A well-established manufacturing site in Runcorn is looking to recruit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to strengthen its on-site engineering function.This is a days-based role, ideal for an experienced electrical engineer with strong fault-finding capability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Electrical fault finding and repair on production machineryPlanned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipmentWorking with motors, drives, sensors, control panels, and PLC-controlled machinerySupporting production to minimise downtime and improve reliabilityParticipation in site call-out rotaAbout You:Strong electrical bias.Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience with Siemens drives (highly desirable)Confident in electrical diagnostics, fault finding, and safe isolationComfortable working independently on site.What's on Offer:Stable days-only shift: 8:30am 4:30pmOvertime after 8 hoursCall-out payments with a minimum of 4 hours paid per call25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysLong-term opportunity within an established manufacturing operationThis role offers consistent hours, strong earning potential through overtime and callouts, and a solid platform for an electrically biased engineer seeking stability.DisclaimerAt Venatu Recruitment Group, your right to privacy is important to us.
