Diagnostic Technician/ EV Technician Location: Ruislip Salary: up to 39,000 basic plus bonus and additional benefits - OTE 45000/50,000 We have an opportunity for a Diagnostic Technician/ EV Technician to join my clients workshop in Ruilsip. Due to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Vehicle Technician to join the team. Internal career progression opportunities across our various brands and locations Electric Vehicle (EV) Training levels 1- 4 depending on role High street discounts Wellbeing portal Employee assistance programme Purchase, service and parts discounts Employee referral scheme Standard company benefits such as pension, life assurance cover, competitive holidays and cycle to work scheme Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role are: Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7 Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided Key responsibilities for this Vehicle Technician role are: Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to high standards. Communicate effectively with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams. Liaise with customers, offering professional technical advice. Keep accurate records and maintain a well-organised workspace. Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technology and product information. Deliver excellent customer service to encourage loyalty and referrals.
