Mechanical Fitter (Field Based) Salary: starting 16 - 18p/hr Scope to increase to 20 - 22 after probation Core Hours Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (early finish Friday) Starting in Rugby each day Full time - Permanent We are looking a Mechanical fitter with some experience, but crucially is looking to drastically expand their skills to work in a role where every single job is different. 1 day you could be moving food machinery by crane, the next carrying out maintenance on automotive machinery or installing conveyors and so much more. This role will involve time away from home which can be up to a week at a time. What do you need for this role? Previous experience in a hands on mechanical role Clean full UK driving licence (this role is field based so this is essential) What do you get out of this? 16 - 18p/hr DOE reviewed after probation to increase Overtime rate after 45hrs works Huge amounts of overtime available Complete job security Supportive and down to earth management This is a chance to work with local a family run business that has an international reach.
