Operations ManagerRugby – On-site £65,000 T2M Resourcing are working with a manufacturing business looking to recruit an Operations Manager as part of their 2025 growth. As Operations Manager, the role will run a manufacturing and production facility including responsibility for H&S, production optimisation, quality, and the business P&L. Duties as Operations Manager:Leading a business of 30+ staff including engineering, production, and operations. Setting and managing business unit budgets.Driving team members to achieve business goals and objectives. Identifying new sales opportunities. Developing key market knowledge. Working closely with commercial teams on contracts and costs.Project management of customer and internal continuous improvement projects. Requirements to be successful as Operations Manager:Degree or similar level qualification in Business Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing.Experience leading manufacturing/production operations. Project management and continuous improvement expertise.Understanding of mechanical and manufacturing engineering fundamentals. Knowledge of commercial finance and running a profit & loss.Clear and confident communicator, able to present to board/exec level.Strong problem-solving skills. Management and leadership qualities, able to mentor and support other staff. This role is based in the Rugby area however will also require travel in the UK, therefore a UK driving license is essential.
