Care Development Lead

As our organisation continues to grow and expand, we’re determined to ensure that every young person’s future is in the very best hands.Get out what you put inLeading in the area of care development, you will have at least 4 years’ experience of working in Children's Homes with a track record of change management and role development.  Ideally you will have experience of coaching, safeguarding, mentoring and have a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes . As you’ll be visiting Children's homes nationwide, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel.What we do for youWe know you’re going to do great things.
