Using your expert knowledge and passion for boosting young people’s positive outcomes whilst in our care, you’ll visit our homes and identify priorities for development in your area of responsibility. As our organisation continues to grow and expand, we’re determined to ensure that every young person’s future is in the very best hands.Get out what you put inLeading in the area of care development, you will have at least 4 years’ experience of working in Children's Homes with a track record of change management and role development. Ideally you will have experience of coaching, safeguarding, mentoring and have a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes . As you’ll be visiting Children's homes nationwide, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel.What we do for youWe know you’re going to do great things. Here’s what we need from you;A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a differenceDesirable - Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)Professional qualification at Level 3 “Working with Children and Young People” (or equivalent)At least 4 years’ experience in a children’s home setting at a senior level within the last three yearsA full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 monthsJoin the UK’s best special education and care providerOur young people deserve the best possible future and we feel the same about our teams.
