Administrative Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Coordinator to manage customer orders from handover through to successful delivery. This role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams and a proactive approach to ensuring a seamless customer experience.Contract Role - 1 Year Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of sales orders within SAP following order handover, managing the full order lifecycle to ensure on-time deliveryLiaise with internal and external stakeholders including sourcing, procurement, repair vendors, warehouse, logistics, compliance, and finance to resolve issues and maintain smooth order progressionProvide regular updates to stakeholders on order status, highlighting any risks or issuesSupport accurate financial reporting by tracking and updating pacing risks and opportunitiesParticipate in daily operational meetings, identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficienciesEnsure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and relevant lawsRequirements:Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and SAP (or similar)Background in a service, operations, or customer support environmentStrong organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsAdditional language skills are advantageousProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating across teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
