(based on a 40hr working week, bonus will be pro-rota for part time staff)nnLevel 3 Childcare Qualification essentialnnRoyston Day Nursery are searching for a driven and passionate Room Leader to join their Toddlers in the 2-3s Room due to internal promotion. nnThroughout the room we follow individual interests and development to create a warm, home-like atmosphere to ensure the children thrive. As Room Leader, you will collaborate closely with other rooms to ensure smooth and positive transitions across the setting, contributing to a nurturing and welcoming environment for all.nnBased near the centre of Royston on Lumen Road, a 5 minute walk away from the train station we have good transport links.
