(based on a 40hr working week, bonus will be pro-rota for part time staff)Level 3 Childcare Qualification essentialRoyston Day Nursery are searching for a driven and passionate Room Leader to join their Toddlers in the 2-3s Room due to internal promotion. Throughout the room we follow individual interests and development to create a warm, home-like atmosphere to ensure the children thrive. As Room Leader, you will collaborate closely with other rooms to ensure smooth and positive transitions across the setting, contributing to a nurturing and welcoming environment for all.Based near the centre of Royston on Lumen Road, a 5 minute walk away from the train station we have good transport links. The nursery also has its own carpark which is perfect for drivers.
