Here at GXO, were currently recruiting for two First Line Managers (FLM) to join our E-commerce & Outbound operation in Harlow . You will provide hands-on leadership to our warehouse teams, driving performance, productivity and service across e-commerce, retail and wholesale outbound channels. These are full-time, permanent roles , working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern , 06:00 18:00 . What youll do on a typical day: Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver safe and efficient outbound operations Drive performance across accuracy, quality and productivity targets Ensure colleagues follow all site procedures and maintain system integrity Communicate effectively with teams, peers and leadership to maintain smooth operations Respond proactively to operational challenges, supporting effective daily planning What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, fulfilment or outbound environment Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to deliver high performance Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good understanding of warehouse processes and system usage Calm, organised approach with excellent attention to detail We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains TPBN1_UKTJ
