Job DescriptionNiche Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Watson Fuels to recruit an Inside Sales Executive for their growing Fuel Cards division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers over the phone, is looking to progress their career, and wants to be part of a fantastic, close-knit team.Youll be joining a well-established business where you can develop your sales skills, grow within a supportive environment, and earn a great bonus with uncapped commission potential. Based in Brinkworth with hybrid working (MonWed in office, ThursFri remote), youll play a key role in driving outbound sales and building strong client relationships.The role is paying 25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE up to 500/month)Key Responsibilities:Generate and convert new business leadsPromote fuel card solutions to UK businessesManage client onboarding and supportAchieve sales targets across applications, activations, and usageSkills & Experience:Confident communicator with a commercial mindsetResilient, target-driven and team-focusedExperience with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) is a plusBackground in customer service or sales is advantageous If you're looking to take the next step in your sales journey, contact Niche Recruitment or apply today.
