Job Description Ecommerce Manager Royal Leamington Spa (Hybrid) 50,000 - 65,000 + bonus (if you are looking for a higher salary, please still apply)Were working with a leading technology business that sells innovative hardware and technical products to customers across the UK and internationally.Theyre looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their online platforms and drive the next stage of digital growth.This is a hands-on role where youll sit at the centre of the business, working closely with marketing, product and leadership teams to improve the customer journey, increase conversion and scale online revenue.If you enjoy combining commercial thinking with digital optimisation, this role will give you real ownership and visibility.What youll be doingManaging and optimising the companys ecommerce platforms (including WooCommerce)Improving the online customer journey and conversion ratesDriving online sales growth through merchandising, optimisation and campaignsWorking closely with marketing to align SEO, PPC and digital campaignsUsing analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunitiesManaging product launches and onsite merchandising strategyCollaborating with product, operations and leadership teamsWhat theyre looking forExperience managing an ecommerce platformStrong understanding of conversion optimisation and online tradingExperience with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify or MagentoCommercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionsComfortable working cross-functionally in a growing businessWhy this roleHigh ownership and autonomyGrowing technology business with strong market demandOpportunity to shape the ecommerce strategyHybrid workingIf you're an Ecommerce Manager or Digital Commerce professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact, Id love to have a conversation.
