Event Manager

We are seeking to appoint an Event Manager to help a busy and thriving Events Department. The rolewillplay a critical role in overseeing the entire event journey, from being the first point of contact for customers, conducting client showdowns,managing event bookings to obtaining customer feedback following the event. The successful applicant must demonstrate confidence to act onown initiativewith strong negotiation and persuasion skills. The post-holder will have effective communication skills with high level of time management and ability to drivecustomer service. This role will report to Foundation Director of Hospitality & Leisure. Hours of work : 37 hours per week, occasional weekends Salary :Foundation point 19 equivalent to FTE 25,249 pa to 22 equivalent to FTE 27,058 pa.
