Foreman

In this role, you will oversee multiple gangs and provide support to Site Managers across civil engineering works on the projects, primarily within the water industry. Experience in the water sector and/or heavy civil infrastructure is essential. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to both work and health & safety, ideally bringing proven experience in managing civils operations such as concreting, deep drainage, and pipe laying Candidate Requirements Essential: Proven experience supervising gangs on civil engineering projects, particularly within infrastructure projects (water, highways etc.) Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality Valid CSCS , CPCS , or NPORS certification SSSTS or SMSTS qualification Full UK Driving Licence Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office and site management software) Experience in budgeting and forecasting Skilled in preparing risk assessments and method statements Experience delivering daily briefings , site inductions , method statement rollouts , and progress meetings Working knowledge of permit-to-work systems Desirable / Advantageous Qualifications National Water Hygiene Card 3-Day First Aid Certificate Lift Supervisor qualification TPBN1_UKTJ
