About the Role As the OSF Assistant, youll play a key supporting role in a specialised operations team, helping ensure everything from materials, equipment, and reporting runs efficiently. Youll be the glue between internal teams, third-party support providers, and international logistics. What Youll Be Doing Administer intercompany material and equipment orders Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely supply chain movement Track and report on stock, costs, and support ticket progress using SAP, Excel & Jira
