As a result, we can provide you with the best training and progression opportunities out there, as well as offering a generous days-based salary.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe role is a largelyhands-offrole, roughly 80% hands off with 20% hands on work when getting involved on major breakdowns.Taking the lead on suggestions for major electrical improvements across the siteDelegate day to day working responsibilitiesManage and monitor performance of existing engineering staff and contractors including issuing permits to work.Ensuring health and safety compliance and adherence across the site.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance team lead/supervisor/manager in an industrial environmentMinimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical maintenance discipline Essential for this roleAbility to work in a heavy plant environment Previous experience not essentialStrong communication skillsHV experience/qualifications desirable, instrumentation, 3 phase VFD knowledge preferable.Get in touch with Matt Morson at Stirling Warrington to hear more about this role.JBRP1_UKTJ
