You will take 24-hour accountability for your production line or area, leading your colleagues across multiple shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products in line with the Master Production Schedule. This role is about combining strong people leadership with a passion for continuous improvement. You will coach, guide and empower Team Captains and Team Members, helping them build skills, solve problems and eliminate losses.
