Childrens Residential Support Worker Location: Rotherham Salary: 25,500 26,900 per annum Additional Earnings: 3,000 9,000 per year from sleep-ins Hours: 08:0022:00, 39 hours per week (long day shifts plus sleep-ins) Contract: Full-time, temporary with the opportunity to become permanent Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required About the Role We are recruiting full-time Childrens Residential Support Workers to join residential homes across the Rotherham area. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs within a safe, structured, and family-style environment. No Experience Needed Previous experience isnt essential. Full training and support is provided, including: Full induction programme Funded qualifications Ongoing training, coaching, and development This role is ideal if youre starting a career in care or looking for a change.
