This is a senior, multi-site leadership role with full accountability for quality, compliance and sustainable performance.This isnt about maintaining standards. Its about raising them.What youll be accountable for:Youll lead a 365-day operation across both branches, ensuring:Safe, high-quality, person-centred care deliveryStrong CQC compliance and inspection readinessConfident, well-supported office and field-based teamsStable staffing, effective workforce planning and retentionFinancial oversight and sustainable branch performanceClear KPI management and reporting to senior leadershipStrong relationships with service users, families and commissionersContinuous improvement and service growthThis role requires visible leadership across both Rotherham and Doncaster, with the autonomy to shape branch culture and performance.Were looking for someone who:Has successfully led a CQC-regulated domiciliary care serviceUnderstands how to balance quality care with commercial performanceIs confident managing multi-site prioritiesCan stabilise, strengthen and grow servicesLeads with clarity, integrity and accountabilityIf youre an experienced Registered Manager ready for broader responsibility, meaningful support, and the opportunity to influence strategy wed love to speak with you.
