Job DescriptionJob Title: ATM Repair TechnicianLocation: NCR Atleos Rotherham Depot: Hope Street, Rotherham, S60 1LH Salary: Up to 27,500.00 per annum (depending on experience)Working Hours: 40 hours working week, permanent positionWhat is the role of an ATM Repair Technician?To repair the full range of PCs and ATM modules found in our ATM estate.What will I be doing as an ATM Repair Technician?The repair and refurbishment of ATM modules across the Cardtronics ATM estate.The repair and refurbishment of PC cores to PCB level.Ensure parts are repaired to exacting standards with stringent quality control measures.Use diagnostic equipment and test programs to diagnose and assist with troubleshooting.The updating of the tracking system.The repair and maintenance of test ATMs.The harvesting of parts.Shipping and tracking outgoing and incoming part requests and updating the tracking system in a timely and prompt manner.To help manage/maintain the Field Ops stock holding areas.To load and unload parts deliveries.Ensure all administrative aspects of the role are completed on time.Work closely and with the guidance of the Technical Support team in all aspects of the repair function.Implement product upgrades and enhancements as and when required.Continuously assist in improving and refining repair processes to deliver improved part-life expectancy.What will I need to succeed as an ATM Repair Technician?PC basic skills. Understanding of BIOS configuration.
