Job Description About the CompanyWe are looking for a recruitment consultant to join Arthur Rose Recruitment Ltd, based on the border of Barnsley/Rotherham.About the RoleThis role is Monday to Friday 9 - 5 (part time will be considered and some flexibility in hours to suit the business).ResponsibilitiesPlace adverts and monitor applicationsAnswering recruitment enquiriesEnsure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment processManagement of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Job boardsCreate opportunities for new business through sales, networking and social mediaQualificationsPrevious experience would be advantageous but must have a strong sales backgroundRequired SkillsTo possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and writtenTo work effectively as part of a team but also confident working aloneGreat Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where neededFocus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all timesPC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordTo meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminderPreferred SkillsAlthough we specialise in Engineering and Manufacturing we are open to all sectors on recruitmentPay range and compensation packageOn offer is a salary up to 38,000 DOE, 34 days holiday plus an excellent commission structure.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
