Job Description Join us as our new Assistant Accommodation Manager, where youll work closely with the Accommodation Manager to coordinate and support the team in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation types. In this key role, youll help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain consistently high standards, and contribute to creating an amazing experience for every guest.nWhat you will be doing...nnAssisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training Accommodation team members. nHelping to build and maintain a positive team culture focused on high standards. nSupporting the Accommodation Manager with team structure, role delegation, and clarity of responsibilities. nProviding day-to-day coaching, supporting 1-2-1s, and encouraging team development. nSupporting initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and team recognition.nAssisting in the daily coordination of cleaning operations across all accommodation types.nCarrying out regular spot checks and inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.nMonitoring daily performance and helping prepare action plans to support continuous improvement.nWorking closely with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to support check-ins, repairs, guest requests, and special requirements.nResponding promptly and professionally to guest queries, helping resolve issues with minimal disruption.nnAbout you...nnPrevious experience managing teams nThe ability and knowledge to coordinate complex daily business operations. nExperience with forecasting labour and resource planning skills. nA leadership style that inspires, supports, and brings out the best in diverse teams. nThe ability to access accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands-on cleaning services as required, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time. nThe flexibility to be able to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required. nConfident using standard IT systems and applications. nA full UK driving licence.nnSo, why Parkdean Resorts?nWell, besides the one-of-a-kind team culture, stunning locations across the UK, and the chance to work with the UK's largest holiday park organisation, we can offer:nnThe chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!nYoure never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
