Were seeking a Wholesale Account Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.What Youll DoAccount Ownership & PartnershipAct as the primary operational contact for B2B customersBuild strong, professional relationships with retailers and Sales RepresentativesFacilitate regular order book reviews with Sales to align on delivery performance, risks, and commercial targetsProactively provide updates to customers on stock availability, deliveries, and order statusIdentify opportunities to support account growth through replenishment, availability insights and service excellenceOrder Book & Delivery ManagementTake full ownership of order book management, ensuring accuracy and timely progressionMonitor forward orders and ensure correct system entry and processingTrack inbound orders via B2B platforms and other channelsIdentify discrepancies in purchase orders, pricing, or quantities and resolve efficientlyOrganise and monitor bookings to ensure stock is delivered on time and in fullWork closely with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure packing, labelling and shipping requirements are metManage back orders, proformas and account queries with accuracy and commercial awarenessCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Finance to manage credit limits, resolve credit blocks and support cash flow targetsPartner with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages and faulty goods queriesSupport process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and enhance the B2B customer experiencePerformance & Proactive ThinkingMonitor order flow against agreed SLAs and company targetsAnticipate risks to delivery timelines and escalate early with proposed solutionsMaintain accurate customer master dataUse data and reporting to inform decisions and support commercial objectivesContinuously review account performance to ensure alignment with business goalsWhat Youll BringProven experience managing B2B or wholesale accounts, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environmentStrong order book management experience with a clear understanding of delivery and financial impactA proactive, solution-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence where necessaryExcellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trust across customers and internal teamsHigh levels of organisation and ownership, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyStrong analytical capability and confidence working with Excel and order management systemsA commercially aware approach to problem solvingClear, professional communication skills - written and verbalThe ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented businessWhy Join LeMieux?Founded in 2006, LeMieux is the UKs fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand with a global presence.
