Job DescriptionRecruitment LeadLeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. Youll be working across the business to ensure we attract and retain the best talent and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.We are working towards equality and inclusion being at the heart of our culture and play a significant role in our approach.Role Overview:As the Recruitment lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our organisations talent attraction and recruitment strategies, with responsibility for identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent whilst fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and striving to jump higher.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent and hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesLead the end-to-end recruitment process from job creation to candidate onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to write detailed and accurate job descriptionsImplement and follow hiring and recruitment policies for internal and external hiresEnsure recruitment practices promote diversity, equity and inclusion in hiringMonitor and report on recruitment and agency spendProactively seek out and headhunt desirable candidates using platforms such as LinkedInSeek out suitable agency partners where applicable and negotiate favourable termsEnsure all candidates receive best-in-class experience and communication from application through to offer or rejection, irrespective of role or outcomePartner with HR to manage Company LinkedIn pagesBuild, champion and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent across various channels, such as social media, online job boards, and careers events.Implement succession planning initiatives to identify potential high-performing employees and develop talent pipeline for key roles in line with business core skills requirementsPromote a culture of career development and progression by providing resources, support, and opportunity for current employees to expand their skillset and enable growthDevelop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retentionSupport wider HR team with any other HR tasks as required or appropriateSuitable applicants will display the following skills and experience:Evidence of continued professional development in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR related fieldsProven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes in fast paced environmentStrong track record of successfully developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectivesPrevious experience managing relationships with recruitment agencies, including negotiation of termsWorking knowledge of embedding DEI best practises into hiring processesDemonstrated ability to build and sustain a strong employer brand across multiple channelsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levelsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple vacancies at once.Understanding of the broader HR function and its connection to recruitment and retentionEquestrian experience is preferredPlease note this is a part-time role.About usLeMieuxs committed global trade and distribution network, vibrant customer and rider community, unrivalled technical expertise and specialist colour flair have made our rapid growth possible.
