Job DescriptionHR & People PartnerLeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a HR & People Partner looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. Youll be working alongside the HR Manager to deliver world class HR support to our employees and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.Role Overview:As HR & People Partner you will support the HR Manager in implementing and delivering our people strategy and play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, this role provides expert guidance on a wide range of human resource functions, including employee relations, performance management, organisational development, talent management and change initiatives and recruitment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the day-to-day HR administrative tasksServe as first point of contact for employee HR-related issues and enquiriesProvide employee guidance on HR policies, procedures and benefitsAssist Managers with mediation and employee issuesAccurately maintain HR Platform (Hibob)Take over from the Recruitment Lead with onboarding new starters with contracts, documentation checks, mandatory training and probation documents,Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives that support a positive, inclusive and high-performing cultureEnsure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with relevant legislationProvide guidance and support on employee relations and benefitsCollaborate with wider HR team to identify opportunities for improvements to HR processes and the employee experienceMonitor and maintain shared HR inboxEnsure best-in-class and timely HR services are provided to all employeesAdministrate offboarding processesSuitable candidates will display the following skills and experience:CIPD level 5 QualifiedPrevious experience in a similar HR roleStrong working knowledge of HR administrative processes, best practices and UK employment lawPrevious experience of running internal recruitment processesExcellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsPassionate about fostering an inclusive and high performing cultureComfortable dealing with sensitive employee issues with tact and empathyApproachable and supportive with a positive, can-do attitudeCommitment to sustainability and ethical working practicesConfident using and maintaining HR information systemsHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismProficient in MS officeAbout usLeMieuxs committed global trade and distribution network, vibrant customer and rider community, unrivalled technical expertise and specialist colour flair have made our rapid growth possible.
