Job Description The Role:You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client care and ensuring all matters progress smoothly and compliantly. This role suits someone proactive, organised, and confident managing files independently, while enjoying the support of a team that truly looks after each other.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages and transfers of equityNew builds, Help-to-Buy, and shared ownershipLease extensions and enfranchisement (if applicable)Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperworkConduct due diligence-title checks, searches, and resolving legal issuesCommunicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and fellow solicitorsKeep clients updated with clear, timely communicationEnsure full compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements, and internal proceduresMaintain accurate records using the firms case management systemWork collaboratively to help the team meet targets and deadlinesSupervise junior staff or assistants where neededJBRP1_UKTJ
