Job DescriptionCompany DescriptionSupagold, formed in 1983, are specialists in the supply and installation floor finishes to Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractors in London.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time ON-SITE role for an Estimator - Commercial Flooring located in Romford. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for flooring projects, communicating effectively with clients and team members. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, quantifying materials, obtaining project pricing, performing site visits, and collaborating with the project management team.QualificationsExperience in Construction Estimating and BudgetingStrong Communication skillsKnowledge of Floor Finishes and application in Fit OutExcellent ability to Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site in Romford, Greater London.Relevant qualifications in construction or related field If you cannot commute to our office please do not apply for this role
