Internal Account Manager - PART_TIME

Staffline is recruiting for an experienced part-time Internal Account Manager for our client based in Carlisle . The rate of pay is 16,250 per annum. This is part time role working days and the hours of work are: 9.30am to 2.30pm The successful candidate will need to be experienced and confident - not afraid to pick up that phone and make contacts! Your Time at Work As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts. You'll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling our products/services. You will be expected to pick up the phone and make contact with new potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts. - Cold call on a regular basis for new leads - Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client queries and support. - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges. - Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value and engagement. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide timely follow-up. Our Perfect Worker What we are looking for: - Proven experience in account management, sales support, or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence to make cold calls - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office - A proactive, customer-first attitude and a team-oriented approach. - Experience in a similar role required.
