Lining/Trenchless Team Leader - Hot Cure & Steam Cure Rochford, Essex (on site with travel) Permanent, Full time (47.5 hours) Competitive salary plus good overtime rates Are you an experienced Team Leader in trenchless technology with a passion for quality, safety, and leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role delivering high-standard, trenchless rehabilitation solutions - while making a real impact on local communities. As a Team Leader , you'll take charge of on-site operations, guiding your team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant trenchless utility works. What you'll be doing: Lead and manage on-site trenchless works, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Install patch liners and full length liners mainly, Hot Cure and Steam cure CIPP liners using a range on inversion methods. Performing pre/post CCTV surveys and high-pressure water jetting. Carry out robotic cutting works where required. Conducting risk assessments and site briefings. Supporting site management with future work planning and continuous improvement. Learn new Trenchless techniques where required. Working away may be required. What you'll need to bring Essential: Proven trenchless/lining experience, particularly in Hot Cure and Steam Cure CIPP lining Leadership experience in utility, energy, or infrastructure projects. Experience working in a manual role eg. Groundworks, construction, drainage etc. Leadership experience in the utilities or energy sector.
