Benefits: Pension Scheme, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Employee-Owned Trust About the Role A rapidly growing passive fire protection company is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their commercial team. This role is pivotal in managing the financial and commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting operational teams. Key Responsibilities ?? Enquiry Management Collaborate with operations to assess work requirements and costings Maintain client relationships and support business development Liaise with the Commercial Director on future opportunities ?? Financial Management Prepare monthly valuations and applications in line with client schedules Oversee invoicing and resolve account queries with credit control and operations Ensure accurate financial documentation across all projects ??
