You’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of bespoke industrial equipment, working alongside a dedicated team of engineers to develop high-quality solutions from concept through to manufacture and installation.What You’ll Be Doing:Creating accurate 2D and 3D models using DraftSight and SolidWorksProducing detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, cut lists, and technical documentationManaging project timelines, design reviews, and issuing work to the design and production teamsLiaising with suppliers, monitoring material and component stock, and supporting the procurement processWorking collaboratively with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered to specificationIdentifying process improvements and supporting accurate quoting and planning through design and build estimatesWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in an engineering environmentProficiency in SolidWorks, DraftSight, and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong understanding of material selectionOrganised, methodical, and confident working both independently and in a teamA full UK driving licence is requiredExperience in designing processing equipment is highly desirableWhat You’ll Get:Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysWorkplace pension and PPE providedThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving engineering challenges and seeing their designs come to life in a hands-on production setting.
