The organisation values collaboration,continuous improvement, and wellbeing, and is dedicated to promoting a cultureof health and safety awareness across all departments.Your New Role As the CorporateHealth & Safety Manager, you will act as the organisation’s competentperson and subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with health and safetylegislation. You’ll develop and implement corporate H&S policies, deliverbespoke training, and create strategies that foster a culture of safety andwellbeing. Your responsibilities will include: Advising senior leaders andmanagers on health and safety matters. Preparing and reviewingpolicies and procedures to minimise risk. Investigating incidents,reporting under RIDDOR where necessary, and recommending preventativemeasures. Managing and analysing H&Sdata to identify trends and inform decision-making. Leading initiatives to promotephysical and mental wellbeing. Delivering training sessions toempower staff and managers in meeting their H&S obligations. This role includesline management responsibilities and requires collaboration with internal andexternal stakeholders.What You’ll Need to Succeed NEBOSH National Diploma inOccupational Health & Safety or equivalent Level 6 qualification. Strong knowledge of H&Slegislation, risk assessment methodologies, and best practice. At least 3 years’ experience inoccupational health and safety roles. Proven ability to conduct riskassessments, investigate incidents, and deliver training. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and buildrelationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand data analysis.
