Senior Fall Protection / Height Safety Engineer

Job Description Mobile role | Office base: Rochester, Kent Full-time Company van + overtime + benefitsWe are looking for an experienced Senior Fall Protection Engineer to join our team in a hands-on, site-based role installing, inspecting and maintaining fall protection systems across a variety of sites.This role is suited to an engineer with strong experience in fall protection and height safety systems, who enjoys practical work and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and inspections.The Role Installation of lifeline systems, roof anchors, guardrails and fall protection equipment Inspection and testing of fall protection systems Carrying out remedial works and system upgrades Ensuring all works comply with BS 7883 and safety standards Working across a range of commercial and industrial sites Completing inspection reports and job documentationRequirements Proven experience with fall protection / height safety systems Strong knowledge of BS 7883 Full UK manual driving licenceDesirable PASMA / IPAF SSSTS Experience using Simpro or similar job management softwareWhat Youll Receive 38.5-hour paid working week (including paid lunch break) Overtime: time & a half (MonSat) | double time (Sundays) 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) Company van, fuel card and credit card Mobile phone & tablet Training and development support including NVQ Level 2 & 3 Fall Protection (if not already achieved) Company pension scheme BUPA cash plan and Employee Assistance Programme
