Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic developer based in Kent. The developer undertakes volume house building, with projects up to 300 units per phase and have a great work culture and growth opportunity. About the role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams. You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Involvement in pre-construction activities Procurement of various sub-contract packages Dealing with variations Assisting in completing monthly CVRs Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor: Educated to HNC / Degree level Experience working within a developer would be preferred Be a driven and ambitious individual COINS experience is preferential In return you will receive: Salary: Up to 55k Car Allowance / Company Car Clear progression pathway Bonus Scheme This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established developer with a secure pipeline of projects.
