Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to support our consultants by sourcing and placing quality candidates across live construction vacancies.This is not a Labour Manager role the focus is purely on candidate resourcing, administration, and helping fill vacancies efficiently.Role OverviewYou will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify, attract and place construction candidates across multiple projects nationwide. The role is fast-paced and requires someone who understands construction recruitment, candidate availability, and the urgency of filling roles quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and attracting construction candidates across trades, labour, technical and white-collar rolesScreening candidates and assessing suitability for live vacanciesManaging candidate registrations, compliance and CRM recordsFormatting CVs and preparing candidate submissionsPosting job adverts across job boards and social media platformsSpeaking regularly with candidates to check availability and job suitabilitySupporting consultants in filling vacancies quickly and efficientlyGeneral recruitment administration and candidate coordinationEssential RequirementsPrevious experience in construction recruitment is EssentialExperience working as a Recruitment Resourcer, Administrator or similar roleStrong understanding of construction roles, terminology and candidate marketsConfident communication skills with candidates and clientsOrganised with strong attention to detailAble to work in a fast-paced recruitment environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary plus bonus schemeSupportive, professional working environmentEstablished client base and strong job flowLong-term career progression opportunitiesFree Parking25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysSupportive team environment with genuine career progressionApplication ProcessIf you have construction recruitment experience and enjoy sourcing candidates and helping fill roles, we would like to hear from you.
