In this role you will become an integral part of the management team, coordinating full project lifecycles from start to finish, whilst being rewarded with excellent bonus incentives and fast-track progression plans. This company are a Manchester-based construction and fit-out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public-sector projects, supported by in-house project management and multi-trade teams. This role would suit a Building Services Project Manager or similar, from a HVAC / Mechanical background, looking to join a growing consultancy that can provide a competitive package and an exciting range of projects. The Role: Control project costs with profit-focused delivery. Attend site for surveys and key phases, working flexibly to meet deadlines. Manage HVAC projects end-to-end across commercial sectors.
