If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision and reliability, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project documentation to fully understand requirementsIssue quotation enquiries to suppliers and subcontractorsTrack all enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and responsesWork closely with Assistant Estimators, providing required informationProactively chase supplier quotationsComplete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) when requiredMaintain competitive rates for regularly used cost itemsPrepare and finalise quotations ahead of submission deadlinesHand over accepted quotations to the QS or Contracts ManagerProduce clear and detailed price breakdowns xjdpvnf About YouWe are looking for someone who has:Previous experience in an estimating role within the construction industryA good working knowledge of the building industry and JCT ContractsStrong IT competency, particularly with Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
