Part Time Finance Manager - Ringwood - 55K pro rata

Job Description Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting a part time Finance Manager for a charity client based in the Ringwood area. This would be offering hours between 2 and 4 days per week.Reporting to the COO, you would oversee 3 staff and have responsibility for all aspects of the finance for the organisation including:Monthly payroll processingOverseeing all transactional and bookkeeping aspectsMonitoring cash flowProduction of quarterly management accounts and associated commentaryAssisting with annual budgets and business planningCollating year end information for the annual accounts and liaising with external auditorsLiaising with the bank and other external bodiesProduction of VAT returns (partial exemption)Maintaining fundraising and donation recordsAdvising board members on implications of changes in accounting regulations Attending board meetingsSuitable CandidatesQualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) and a min of 5 years accounting experience at senior levelCharity accounting experience Strong IT skills including MS Word and ExcelPersonal qualities of strong communication, sense of humour and integrityStrong business acumenBenefits 20 days holiday pro rata (but rising up to 26 days pro rata) Pension Free lunches Parking Other ad hoc discretionary benefitsThis is a super role working in an exceptional environment with a dedicated senior leadership team.Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are an equal opportunity employer and operate as an Employment Business and Recruitment AgencyJBRP1_UKTJ
