Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Key Role: Mobile CaretakerJoin us as a Mobile Caretaker to support our team in delivering high-quality facilities management services across school sites.Job Description:As a Mobile Caretaker, you will work closely with the Facilities Coordinator and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and remedial maintenance tasks, including fire alarm testing, water temperature checks, and shower head cleaning.
