Real Estate Account HandlerLocation: RickmansworthPackage: Negotiable + BenefitsWe’ve been looking after our clients for over 40 years from our Rickmansworth office and we’re looking to add to the team to ensure our clients have the best advice possible on hand at all times.Our growth and retention rates are fuelled by our people, so we want to look after them and make sure they can do what they do best – look after clients, this role is key to ensuring the team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region.Accordingly, we’d be interested in talking to Account Handlers who are comfortable in dealing with a broad range of small and medium sized clients with exposure to larger risks being beneficial but not essential.The Day to day:Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional productsWorking closely with the account executives on larger casesBuilding strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levelsEnsuring documentation and systems are accurateWorking in a compliant and timely manner on all casesLiaising with both internal and external stakeholdersWhat’s on offer:A fantastic team environment within a business that are growing at over 20% year on year and some excellent career prospectsA negotiable starting salary with regular 1-2-1’s coupled with the standard benefits package (Holiday, Pension etc.) and a culture built around developing its staffFull support for professional qualificationsAccess to the annual Share Save Scheme (15% discount on BRO shares)Your experience:You’ll have a solid grounding in real estate insurance with exposure to the main real estate insurance products including commercial property, Liability and packaged solutions across cases up to £75,000.Your skill set should include strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, relationship and stakeholder management, IT and influencing skills coupled with an eye for detail.You should also be comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
