Due to continued project demand, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Breeam New Construction Consultant to join their long-standing team.This role is ideal for someone who values quality over volume, long-term career stability, and working alongside genuinely knowledgeable sustainability professionals.The RoleAs a Breeam Assessor New Construction, you will be responsible for delivering assessments from early design stage through to final certification.Key responsibilities include:Delivering Breeam New Construction assessments from concept through to certificationAdvising clients, architects, and consultants on Breeam strategy and best practiceManaging your own projects with a high level of autonomyReviewing technical evidence and preparing robust, high-quality submissionsLiaising with BRE and contributing to internal best practice and knowledge sharingAbout YouYou will ideally have:Breeam New Construction qualificationAt least 3 years experience delivering Breeam assessments independentlyExperience across UK commercial and/or residential developmentsStrong communication skills and excellent attention to detailExperience with additional schemes such as Breeam In-Use or HQM (advantageous but not essential)Why This Role?Join a well-established consultancy with a strong industry reputationSupportive, collaborative team environmentSalary up to 45,000 plus bonus and benefitsHybrid working, with 2 days per week in the Hertfordshire officeClear long-term progression and career stability??
