Housing Management Coordinator Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire Permanent, Full Time (37.5hpw) Monday - Friday Salary 25,838 to 26,645 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan We cant offer CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team here in Hertfordshire. As our Housing Management expert, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts alongside management of the day-to-day maintenance of the building. What youll do Supporting older people services (over 55s) Independent living Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court. Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met. You have Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties Know-how of re-letting units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed. Able to take on a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to your colleagues The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds. A can do positive attitude, youre proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative. The practical bits Flexible working hours (37.5 hpw) Monday Friday Based at our service in Rickmansworth and occasional travel to the properties in Beds and Herts. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups. Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
