Job Description OurClientatop100LawfirmwithopenplanmodernofficesbasedinRichmond,closetothestationandamenities.ThePrivateClientteamworkspredominantlywithindividualsfallingintothe"high-net-worth"category(whichtypicallyreferstothosewithpersonalassetstotalling5m-20m)acrossthefullspectrumofprivateclientmatters.ThiswillincludetakinginstructionsonthepreparationofWills,LastingPowersofAttorney,lifetimeandsuccessionplanning,IHTandCGTplanning,estateadministration,aswellasthecreation,administration,andwindingupoftrusts.CoreDutieswillincludesomeofthefollowing:AsanAssociate,youwillmanageyourowncaseloadofmixedPrivateWealthmatters,establishingyourselfasatrustedandreliableexpertasyoudevelopstrongandlong-lastingrelationshipswithyourclients.Additionally,ourAssociatesplayavitalroleinthesupportanddevelopmentoftheless-experiencedmembersofthedepartment,includingSolicitorsandtrainees.Giventhebreadthofourexpertiseinthisareaoflaw,thispositionwillprovideyouwithanexcellentopportunityforfurtherprofessionaldevelopmentandgrowth.Youwillalsobeencouragedtoplayanactiveroleinthemarketingandbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesoftheteam.Idealcandidatesmusthavethefollowing:YouneedtobeaqualifiedSolicitororLegalExecutivewithpriorexperienceintheareaofPrivateWealth/Client.Youwillneed3-4PQEyearsexperiencemanagingyourowncaseloadofprivateclientmatters.Ultimately,wearekeentohearfromindividualswhoarecurrentlyatorfeelreadytostepintoanAssociaterole,andwhoarekeentodevelopfurtheraspartofourspecialistteam.Youwillhaveexperiencein,orakeeninteresttobeinvolvedin,marketingandbusinessdevelopmentactivities.Anabilitytocommunicateconfidentlyandclearlywithawidevarietyofclients,manyofwhicharegoingthroughadifficultperiodfollowingthedeathofalovedone.Wearehuman-firstineverythingwedoandseekpeoplewhosharethistrait.Youwillthereforehave,apassionforhelpingclientsachievetheirgoalsandtheabilitytothinkcreatively.Whilstthispositionisofferedfull-time,theyofferasplitofworkingfromhomeandintheoffice,theyareaflexibleteamandareopentoconsideringalternativeworkingpatterns.JBRP1_UKTJ
