JoinParagon Home Healthcare, a nurse-led, award-winning provider of complex homecare, and help shape the standards of care that truly change lives.Role:Clinical Lead NurseLocation:Richmond Head Office & Client HomesEmployment:Full-time, PermanentSalary:45,000 per annumAbout the RoleAs ourClinical Lead Nurse, youll provide professional nursing leadership and clinical expertise across our homecare services, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex needs to live independently at home.Youll lead on clinical training, supervision and quality assurance ensuring that all care delivery meetsCQC,NMC,NICE,andSkills for Carestandards.Working closely with ourDirector of Nursing & Clinical Governance, and other members of theClinical team, youllguide and mentorCare Managers and Care teams, validate clinical procedures, and ensure the highest standards of safety and compassion.This role involvesregular travelto conductsupervisions and clinical trainingin clients homes, ensuring best practice is maintained across the field.Youll also participate in ouron-call rota, which means being available to accept calls duringevenings and weekends for one week(Wednesday to Wednesday) approximately every seven weeks, for which time off in lieu is offered.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide visible nursing leadership and clinical oversight across homecare servicesDevelop, review, and validate clinical procedures and competency frameworksDeliver and assess advanced clinical skills training (e.g. tracheostomy, ventilation, enteral feeding)Lead audits, governance reviews, and clinical quality assuranceSupport safeguarding, medication governance, and infection controlConduct clinical supervisions and training visits in clients homesMentor and support Care Managers, Supervisors, and Registered NursesParticipate in the on-call rota as part of the wider Clinical TeamDeputise for the Director of Nursing when required in governance mattersAbout YouYoure a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse (Adult) with a strong background in community or complex care.
