Housing Regulation and Improvement ManagerThis role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development, delivery, and implementation of a quality assurance and improvement programme across our Housing Directorate.Lead the development, delivery, and implementation of a quality assurance and improvement programme.Provide assurance that our housing services comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.Develop action plans and remediations where we are deficient.Take enabling and direct actions to ensure high-quality, safe, modern, and preventative housing services.As a manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing housing regulatory compliance and service improvement activities. You will line-manage directly one Housing Improvement Analyst and one Housing Delivery Officer.About Your Skills and QualificationsExpertise in housing with significant knowledge and experience of preparing and implementing housing policies, procedures, formal reports, and presentations.Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with experience of managing or supervising staff.Ability to design, improve, and manage processes to enhance performance and outcomes.
