Youll be given end-to-end responsibility for the UK&I and Nordics category agenda from insight generation to in-store execution working closely with retailers, internal teams, and agency partners.Your responsibilities:Lead the full category management cycle: insights, strategy, range, space, execution, and reviewTranslate data from Nielsen, Kantar, and Circana into clear, compelling recommendationsBuild and manage planograms and space optimisation projectsAct as the primary retail-facing category contact for key UK and Nordic customersCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and external partnersManage budgets, suppliers, and timelines for fixture and data-related projectsDrive SBD and SWS principles into the long-term strategyWere looking for someone who:Has 5+ years experience in FMCG category or shopper insight (non-food sector preferred)Brings a confident, commercially aware approach to retail engagementCan lead conversations with UK retailers and shape joint business thinkingCombines analytical rigour with strong communication and influencing skillsIs familiar with category tools (e.g. Nielsen, JDA/NexGen, Excel)Operates comfortably in a lean, high-autonomy environmentIs based within commutable distance of Richmond or open to regular office presenceWhats on offer:The opportunity to work on a high-profile brand with broad category ownershipA dynamic, non-corporate structure that encourages initiative and leadershipA team culture that values clarity, independence, and impactIf you are interested in applying for this Category Manager role, please register your interest using the link below.
