Are you someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service every time? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. We are recruiting on behalf of a well established business based on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire, who are looking to welcome a Customer Service Representative to their friendly and supportive team. This is a full time, office based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order through to delivery. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email Processing orders and monitoring deliveries Resolving any issues promptly and professionally Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met Maintaining accurate and up to date records Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes To be successful in this role, you will be customer focused, organised and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
