Key responsibilities include:Leading complex business change initiatives from planning to implementation.Supporting legal negotiations and transitioning into a new structure.Collaborating with senior stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.Overseeing customer and systems migrations in partnership with internal tech teams.Helping to establish project delivery best practices across a scaling organisation.To be successful as the Project Manager, all you need to have is;Youll need to bring a mix of gravitas, pace, and strategic awareness.
