CNC Turner

Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established machine shop who have a very healthy order book. They provide services to the Energy, Oil and Gas, Renewables, Marine and MOD industries.We currently require an experienced CNC Turner who can set/operate and program with Fanuc controls. Machines are generally 3-4 axis.The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture of detailed components to customers specification.Duties:Set and operate Lathes safely and efficientlyExperience with conversational controls would be advantageousCNC Turner will be programming using FanucResponsible for quality and full conformity to the drawingsRead and interpret, technical drawings, must be able to work to tight tolerancesExperience:Proven experience of CNC machiningCNC Turner will be able to program using Fanuc or one CNC Used to working to tight tolerancesRemuneration:19.26ph basicOvertime is x1.5 after 37hrsDouble overtime on SundaysAround 300hrs of overtime available per year33 days holidayWorking Hours-Mon Thurs (7.45am 4.10pm) Fri (7.45am 12.45pm)Nexus Resource Solutions LTD is acting as an employment business and an employment agency.Please note- We appreciate the time taken to apply to our vacancies.
